Dendrobium secundum 'alba'

I've heard that 'alba' type is very difficult to get. So, I've bought it from a orchids exhibition about two years ago. I've pink type before but it's dead. May be, next time I can get pink type again.

I've sprayed blooming fertilizer on this plant about 3 weeks ago. And now, it's flowering. I've a few plants of the same type. You can plant it on a bark or pots with soil/charcoal. If on soil, the plant looks healthier and I'm waiting it to bloom.
